Products

The iCare Enterprise Cloud EHR is one platform sold in four editions, with two modules that can also be licensed on their own. Everything below runs on the same certified clinical core, so moving between editions does not mean moving systems.

Platform

  • The clinical record itself — charting, orders, results, clinical notes, assessments, and the patient portal — for settings from a single practice to an acute health system. Inpatient EHR, ADT, emergency department, pharmacy, and surgery are included in the Acute Care edition.

  • Enrollment, care plans, and program visibility for populations managed outside the visit — chronic care, transitional care, and similar programs — with the care team working from the same record as the clinic.

  • A storefront layer for organizations selling health products and services direct to patients, built on the same platform rather than bolted alongside it.

Standalone modules

Both modules are part of the Practice edition and above. They can also be licensed separately by organizations that keep their existing clinical system.

  • e-Prescribe with EPCS

Electronic prescribing including controlled substances, using the Surescripts network and the Elsevier drug database.

  • Revenue Cycle Management

EDI claims and eligibility, coding, and the collections workflow, integrated with the clinical record so charges are not re-keyed.

Editions are cumulative — each one includes everything in the edition below it. Pricing is per user, per month, on an annual contract.
